This Event will be organized by the rules of the international competition regulations of the FIS and under the guidance of the Nordic Combined Committee.

The number of participants will be determined by the rules of the international competition regulations of the FIS and under the guidance of the Nordic Combined Committee.

Accommodation and meals: The organizing committee will provide 4 days full board and lodging (from Arrival Wednesday, December 4 until departure Sunday, December 8) for up to a maximum of 5 persons (4 + 1) per nation.  For teams bringing more than the 4 + 1, teams will be responsible for making their own arrangements for accommodation, breakfast and dinner. The Organizing Committee has arranged special rates with the Village Park Inn in Calgary as noted above. The Organizing Committee will make reservations for lunches at the Bob Niven Training Centre. Teams with over quota athletes and coaches will be responsible for the over quota expense.

Insurance: All participants must be insured against accidents according to the FIS rules.  The Organizing Committee carries only third party liability insurance and declines all other liabilities.

Transportation: It is the responsibility of the national federations to organize travel to and from Calgary.  Ground transportation is the responsibility of the teams. 
No ground transportation will be provided by the Organizing Committee.

Entries and last date of registration: the entry of the athletes must be done through their national federation.  Last date of registration with the names of the athletes and coaches you will be sending is November 15, 2002.  Please send your entries, arrival and departure dates time to:
